REFUND POLICY

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of digital goods (scripts, models, and files), NEXT INC does not offer refunds under any circumstances once the product has been delivered or downloaded. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned."

2. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare case:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice. In this case, please open a support ticket immediately.

3. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a product is not working, this is not grounds for a refund. Our team is dedicated to fixing bugs. Please contact our Support Team, and we will resolve the issue or provide an update.

4. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Opening a dispute or chargeback via PayPal or your bank without contacting us first is considered fraud.

Consequence:

Any attempt to chargeback will result in an immediate and permanent ban from NEXT INC, revocation of all your licenses, and your details may be shared with global anti-fraud blacklists used by other development stores.
