1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this server, purchasing, or using any product from NEXT INC, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from purchasing or using our assets.

2. LICENSE GRANT

When you purchase a product from NEXT INC, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the asset.

Allowed

You may use the product in games owned by you or your group.

Prohibited

You may NOT resell, redistribute, leak, or claim the product as your own.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, scripts, models, and UIs remain the sole intellectual property of NEXT INC. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership to you.

4. RESTRICTIONS

  • No Leaking: Sharing our files with non-purchasers is strictly prohibited.
  • No Reselling: You cannot sell our products to third parties.
  • Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to bypass our whitelist or obfuscation systems.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate license revocation and a permanent ban.

5. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to revoke your license and access to our products at any time, without notice, if you are found in violation of these terms.
